Publique fuses a vibrant bar and restaurant together for guests to explore an authentic and unprecedented alpine experience in the heart of Dubai. Every detail of the interior evokes the warm and rustic splendour of a mountain lodge, from traditional wooden bar, eye catching Gondola DJ booth to chalet style terrace, the ultimate sun trap providing pristine views onto the Arabian Gulf.

Central to the story was the wish to create a relaxed, convivial and fuss-free ambiance for guests to linger. A social hub for friends to gather and a familiar place to escape the city’s hustle and bustle.

Acclaimed French restaurant on Dubai Marina, Bistro Des Arts. Created by long-time friends and colleagues Jonathan and Julien, the idea of Publique was born out of a desire to offer something different, namely ‘a bar apart from the others.’

A gathering space, designed to bring friends together away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Jonathan and Julien wanted to recreate the fun, unpretentious atmosphere of an alpine ski chalet, combined with authentic food and crafted cocktails, and so, Publique came to life.
